Pilgrim Covenant Church Behavioral/Relational Covenant
Heavenly Father,
At Pilgrim Covenant Church, we come as one. We stand before the cross of Christ to worship and adore You. Help us to always seek your Holy Spirit to guide us into your truth. Help me to always put You first and to place others ahead of myself.
Lord Jesus,
Thank You for being the perfect example of sacrificial giving. Help me to live a life that honors You. Help me to listen carefully, respond with affection, and treasure each member of the congregation. I will respect and value the opinions of all my brothers and sisters in Christ, and seek reconciliation when conflicts arise.
Holy Spirit,
Give us the willingness to make the changes we need and the patience to wait for your vision and renewed presence at Pilgrim Covenant Church. Help us to have a welcoming heart to all those whom You are leading here. Above all these things, help us to have the same heart and mind of Jesus, united in spirit and intent, having one purpose.
In Jesus’ name and by the power of the Holy Spirit we pray.
Amen.
